Regular Sessions
 

Regular NRG Training Sessions Are:-
Monday 6.30pm: Interval Training, 60 mins plus stretch, coached by one of our qualified coaches; Free for members, meet at North Sydney Indoor Sports Centre, Hume St, Crows Nest

Tuesday 6.30pm Short Run - 5-6km run at a slow pace, suitable for beginners or those recovering from injury. Meet on the steps at the North Sydney Indoor Sports Centre, Hume St Crows Nest

Tuesday 6.30pm Hills Alternative- 12km hills course for those who can't make a Wednesday night session. Distance and number of hills will vary depending on club training goals. Meet on the steps at the North Sydney Indoor Sports Centre, Hume St Crows Nest

Wednesday 6.30pm Hills - 12km hills course. Distance and number of hills will vary depending on club training goals. Meet on the steps at the North Sydney Indoor Sports Centre, Hume St Crows Nest
Wednesday 6:30pm 8-10KM. - Combined Run with Pace Athletics.  Various Sessions with Hosts from Pace.

Thursday 6.30pm Social Run - One hour, 7 - 10km run at 6 min per km pace or better; 3 groups of different paces. Meet at North Sydney Indoor Sports Centre, Hume St Crows Nest;

Saturday - 7am - Long, steady run; 80 mins, usually 12 - 15km depending on the terrain; Course and leaders vary each week. Shorter 8km alternative available.

Last Saturday of the month the Saturday run normally becomes an "away" run, check website news and events for details.

Specific event training for longer distances e.g Marathons, Half Marathons or the Six Foot Track are also offered, check special courses under training menu for details.
