Half & Marathon Training - Speed and Strength Session.

All welcome, whether or not you are doing an upcoming event - this course has something for everyone! A few hills, the famous light pole counts...it will all be there. Incorporates the Canberra Half & Full, SMH Half & Relay, Great Ocean Road Half & Marathons (etc) training.

Meet at the Indoor Sports Centre, Crows Nest in time for a 6:30pm depature. Get there 5 minutes before so you can stretch etc and be warmed up when we leave.  Expected duration 80-90 minutes.
