A headlight or handheld torch, plus water etc, might be useful during the evening sessions.
NRG is once again running the popular coached Speed & Strength sessions to prepare runners for the Bilpin Bush Run, Coastal Classic and the Sydney Running Festival Half & Full marathons, and other associated upcoming runs.
No charge for NRG members. Official start is Tuesday 15th May, with dedicated sessions running each Tuesday evening. The rest of the program will tie into the main club runs whenever possible. This year, by popular request, the program will also include a set of "Away" Saturday trail runs over winter to ensure that those doing Bilpin, Coastal etc (or just want some trail time!) are well prepared.
The Tuesday sessions will start at 6:30 PM from the Indoor Sports Centre (usual start point) and will take up to 90 minutes. Come along and enjoy the fun of training with a great bunch of people! Register your interest, or ask any questions, via email here. Or just come along!
