A short, sharp, fun session (60mins) designed to kick-start your training week and raise fitness levels through interval training.
This is the second edition of the Club‘s newly established annual event. Teams of four run laps in relay around Gore Hill Oval with the team completing the most laps taking home the trophy. A handicap race is run in conjunction, with each team‘s handicap based on the gender and age of its team members.
The event is open to members and guests. Please register here (note members need to register individually rather than in teams). Can team captains please send an email with your team name and members to coach@nrg.asn.au. If you are registering as an individual and need to be assigned to a team, then also please advise the organisers by sending an email to coach@nrg.asn.au
