Monday Kick-start
About this event
A short, sharp, fun session (45mins) designed to kick-start your training week and raise fitness levels through interval training. All are welcome as the session accommodates runners of all abilities and, if you looking for a super charged start to the week, you can join the Strength and Conditioning session that follows on immediately at the same venue.
