We have a broad variety of weekly sessions: something for everybody, including pavement, sportsground and trails, with two coached events each week. Most events are split into several pace groups to suit all fitness levels.

You are welcome to try a few runs before deciding to join our club.

Strength and Conditioning

Time: 6:45 pm
Duration: 60 minutes
Distance: NA
Trainers: Sarah Comesoli and Robyn Yin
Level: all welcome
This session focuses on conditioning the body for better running and injury prevention. Lead by qualified exercise physiologists.
Ron's Run

Time: 6:30 pm
Distance : 5 to 7 kms
Duration: 1 hour
Level: all welcome

A shorter, slower-paced group run, suitable for beginners or those recovering from injury, or those who just want a shorter, slower run.

Speed and Strength

Time: 6:30 pm
Duration: 90 minutes
Coach: Chris Dawe
Level: intermediate and above

Offering laps and familiar, timetable laps, this session is an integral part of a specific training and improvement program for race-readiness (mainly half and full marathons). The program incorporates the regular club runs and events along with some extra sessions and longer runs when necessary.

Wakeup Run

Time: 6:00 am
Distance : 9 to 10 kms
Duration: 1 hour

Level: Intermediate and above

The perfect way to start a Wednesday! We run as one group, 9-10 km over a different route each week. We usually finish with a coffee at DoubleCross cafe on Atchison Street.

Night Run

Pace groups will target the following averages:
  • Fast sub 4:45 min/km
  • Fast Mid sub 5:00 min/km
  • Mid sub 5:15 min/km
  • Short Mid sub 5:30 min/km
