			About this event
			A coached session utilising a series of fun drills to improve speed and stamina in a friendly environment, with tips to improve form and running style along with information about shoe selection, stretching etc. We split into multiple groups so all levels from beginner to elite are catered for. Come along and enjoy the fun – training is easier in a group environment!
