Tuesday Strength and Conditioning Session 1
In response to feedback for more varied training options, the Club is trialing three strength and conditioning training sessions in Jan, Feb and Mar. These sessions will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm and are open to all members.
The coach for this session will be Sarah Comensoli, an accredited exercise physiologist. Sarah's sessions will focus on conditioning the body for better running and injury prevention.
