NRG 2020 HALF / FULL MARATHON TRAINING

Ever thought about doing a Half Marathon, but don’t know where to start? Perhaps you are around the 2 hours+ mark and want to trim your time down a little? What about breaking the magic 100minute mark, or bettering your marathong PB?
Or maybe you are a little out of shape (circumferentially challenged?) and want to get back to running 21km or longer.
This is your opportunity! NRG are running an dedicated weekly Half Marathon Training Course for members (with an addon for anyone doing an upcoming Marathon), aiming to get everyone up to speed for events through to the end of December 2020.
The training will incorporate the regular club runs and events along with some extra sessions when necessary, and will include some longer runs along the way. No cost for paidup members!
