NRG 2021 SPEED & STRENGTH TRAINING Ever thought about doing a race, but don’t know where to start? Perhaps you want to trim your time down a little? What about breaking the magic 100minute mark for a Half, or bettering your marathon PB? Or maybe you are a little out of shape (circumferentially challenged?) and want to get back to running 21km or longer. This is your opportunity! NRG are running an dedicated weekly Race Training Course for members, aiming to get everyone up to speed for events through to the end of December 2021. The training will incorporate the regular club runs and events along with some extra sessions when necessary, and will include some longer runs along the way. No cost for paidup members!
